• Regular service time: 7:00-21:59
• Night service time: 22:00-6:59
• Each vehicle can accommodate up to 3 passengers and 2 check in-sized luggage bags
• Please note that the transfer will not be able to provide baby seats
• The transfer takes approximately one hour. However, please note that the actual travel time may vary due to traffic/weather conditions, as well as your preferred drop off point
• If your flight is canceled, please contact customer service at least 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure time in order to adjust your booking
• Please make an appointment at least 24 hours prior to your preferred travel date/time
• Kindly enable roaming services for your phone prior to traveling to China to make sure that the driver will be able to contact you. Please download WeChat on your phone to ensure the the best communication
• The operator will take care of the transfer arrangements (driver and vehicle) ahead of time and the driver will get in touch with you at least 24 hours in advance. If you have not been contacted by that time, please contact 易遊網 customer service immediately
