            台北有著最熱鬧的食物市場以及米其林等級的各式小吃,可以說是老饕的天堂!在這個台式料理課以及傳統市場巡禮中,學期更多台灣傳統飲食文化吧!不去其他熙來攘往的食物市場,而去較為安靜的東門市場,在輕鬆愉快的氣氛下採買食材,主廚Wayne會協助你一同買食材,讓這位當地的美食專家為你帶來一場味蕾的饗宴。逛逛豆腐攤、賣魚丸的小販以及其他台灣特色美食,能夠更加了解台北飲食的歷史與內涵。採買後,前往永康街參加料理課。開始動手處理菜葉、香料與肉類等,然後探索這些食材的美味風味,烹煮出美味佳餚。翻鍋煎煎餃、蚵仔煎,也煮煮湯,看著英文、中文、日文版本的食譜卡,自己動手做。最後,跟班上的同學夥伴一起品嚐自己的好手藝做出的好菜吧!現在就預定這個行程,準備來場在台北的美食絕妙饗宴!
