- Pay the HKD500 deposit fee per device
- Receive the pocket WiFi device and start surfing!
- Return Procedure:
- Return the device to the Hong Kong International Airport service counter
- Pay for any additional days used
- If all the items rented is lost, the whole deposit fee will be used as payment. If the items rented are partially lost, a reduction will be made in the deposit fee based on the lost item’s original price
- If everything is in order, you'll be refunded the full HKD500 deposit
- Deposit Payment and Refund Information
- The customer needs to pay HKD500 deposit per device at the counter
- The customer can pay the deposit by cash, debit card (Unionpay, Visa, Mastercard are supported) or credit card
- Deposit paid via cash will be refunded at the counter after returning the device
- Deposit paid via debit card will be refunded within 10-15 working days after returning the device
- If the deposit is made via credit card, the pre-authorized HKD500 fee per device held will be released after 45 days after returning the device
